Around 95% of people with HIV and AIDS live in Developing countries--the countries in which CMMB is most active with sustaining healthcare programs.

CMMB is waging a war against HIV and AIDS in precisely those areas in which treatment is scarce and uneven; but thanks to CMMB's efforts, the battle for survival is moving in a positive direction.

To give you an idea of how vital CMMB's HIV and AIDS work can be, you must look at some numbers in just a handful of CMMB target countries:

In Kenya.
2,000,000 people are infected with HIV and AIDS; 1,100,000 Women, 180,000 Children.  Resulting in 1,400,000 deaths per year.

In Zambia.
1,100,000 people are infected with HIV and AIDS; 680,000 Women, 120,000 children.  Resulting in 1,500,000 deaths per year.

In Haiti.
120,000 people are infected with HIV and AIDS, resulting in 7,500 deaths per year.
