15th Annual South Florida Walk with Us to Cure Lupus

Laxers for Lupus

My name is Ethan Knowles and as of about 10 years ago my mom was diagnosed with lupus. Lupus is a disease that affects her daily life causing her joints to ache, affecting her kidney and liver function, causing skin rashes as well as exhaustion. On my tenth birthday instead of asking for presents I asked for donations to the ALR (Alliance for Lupus Research) and continue raising money to help find a cure to this day. 100% of donations to the ALR go towards research. This has become such an important part of my life that last year I spoke at the South Florida Lupus Walk about how Lupus has affected my life. This year, the annual South Florida Lupus Walk will be held on Sunday March 4th at Lynn University. I am asking you to help by making a donation and registering for my, "Laxers for Lupus" team. You can also spread the word to your friends and family about the walk and ask them to make donations and come out to walk with us. Thank you for reading this and I hope you choose to help us find a cure.

Yours Truly,
Ethan Knowles
