Make zero possible. Donate today!
The AIDS Foundation of Chicago has been working to reduce new HIV transmissions since its start almost 35 years ago. Today, AFC helps more than 5,000 people achieve their health goals through the largest HIV case management system in the country. We provide a roof over hundreds of people's heads (or emergency help when crises make it hard for people to pay their utility bills or rent). We work with statewide decisionmakers to keep HIV and health care access at the top of their agendas and help them develop laws that protect our community.
Looking ahead, the future is bright (even in the midst of the Trump Administration's attempts to take human rights away): AFC is a lead agency behind Getting to Zero Illinois, a plan to end new HIV transmissions in the state by 2030. By building collaborations with local and statewide entities, we can get to zero.
But we need your help: please donate to my AIDS Run & Walk Chicago campaign to help AFC keep this positive momentum chugging along!
Thank you for supporting AFC and the community of people we exist to serve.
