Join American Farmland Trust in San Diego County and Help Keep Farms Thriving!
San Diego County is a very special place—it's the only intensively urbanized county in the nation that is also a top agricultural producer, ranking 12th among all counties nationwide. Still, it has lost more than 40,000 acres of farmland to development. At this rate, San Diego County will lose another 50,000 acres by 2050.
We hope you will join us on Friday, June 8, 2012 for a reception at Rancho La Jolla to support American Farmland Trust and our work in California. The Rancho La Jolla reception will be hosted by William and Michelle Lerach along with Chef Isabel Cruz and will include an array of food from local farmers and purveyors.
