For the 2nd year team All T No Shaids Kicks Off the 2019 AIDS Walk Atlanta & Music Festival!

Congratulations to Shannon Bradley May and his team for being the top fundraisers with over $14,000 raised.  Since 2013 Shannon has raised over $75,000 for AIDS Walk Atlanta!

To all of our Team Captains and participants, it seems like just yesterday that we began this campaign, and now we are nearing the end. Months of phone calls, emails, and conversations encouraging people to register, recruit team members, and - most importantly - to fundraise. Now, we must say THANK YOU. Thank you for your support. Thank you for your hard work. Thank you for your tireless fundraising. None of this would happen without you.

Attendees enjoyed a concert event featuring a dynamic list of performers including Amara La Negra, rock 'n' roll guitarist Grace Gibson, R&B sensation Eric Bellinger, three-time Grammy-nominated, soul-induced artist Raheem DeVaughn and Atlanta's own Grammy Award-winning multi-platinum artist, Monica. The Festival event also included food trucks, vendors, HIV/AIDS education and awareness resources and rapid, free, confidential HIV testing.

Several hundred panels of the AIDS Memorial Quilt, the world's largest folk arts exhibition, were also displayed honoring individuals that died from AIDS and to serve as a reminder that more research, education and awareness is still needed to address the growing HIV/AIDS epidemic.
