STEVEN needs your support for AIDS WALK 2018!
For nearly 20 years, I have participated in AIDS Walk Atlanta & 5K Run. My first year, I didn't register or raise any money - my friends and I just walked to honor our friend who had recently passed. Now, years later, I am the Assistant Event Manager for this amazing event. Each year, I walk for the loved ones I've lost to AIDS - and for those I know who deal daily with HIV/AIDS. We aren't done with this issue - won't you help me reach my goal?
I'm raising awareness and money for the 28th annual AIDS Walk Atlanta & 5K Run because I want to be a RIPPLE OF HOPE on Sunday, October 21, 2018! Each year, I count on my friends and family to help me reach my goal. I've lost too many to AIDS & see too many suffer with HIV. Help me put an end to this pandemic! Please make a donation and help me reach my goal of $5000!
Make a donation & consider joining me on Sunday, October 21st!
Did you know that in the U.S., 1 in 5 persons infected with HIV is unaware of their status? (Info: Kaiser Family Foundation)
Talking openly about HIV can reduce the stigma that keeps too many from seeking the testing, prevention and treatment services, and support they need. Do you know YOUR status? (Info: CDC)
