Join our team as we walk in the 29th annual AIDS Walk Atlanta & 5K Run, a fundraising and awareness campaign, that raises funds to help prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS and to provide critical social services and healthcare for people living with HIV.

With advances in treatment and getting those that are affected in care and on the necessary medication regimen that results in a sustained undetectable viral load we can stop the transmission of the HIV virus.

Testing and education prevention including PrEP therapy and condom use will greatly reduce new infections.

AIDS Walk Atlanta & 5K Run is an opportunity for the community to come together to remember those we have lost to HIV/AIDS those that are living their best lives and celebrate the achievements we have made in the fight against this disease.

100% of the money raised through this campaign stays here locally and will make a positive impact in our community, as we try to move the needle closer to zero infections, in the metro Atlanta area.

Thank you for supporting our team and know that you are helping to make a difference in someone’s life!

Talking openly about HIV can reduce the stigma that keeps too many from seeking the testing, prevention and treatment services, and support they need.

Did you know:

The South made up 52% of new HIV diagnoses in 2017.  The strongest concentrations of HIV/AIDS cases in Georgia are found in Fulton, Dekalb, and Clayton Counties.  Metro Atlanta has the fourth-highest HIV rate of major US cities.

Talking openly about HIV can reduce the stigma that keeps too many from seeking the testing, prevention and treatment services, and support they need.

Encourage everyone to get tested and know their status!
