Here is a traditional and famous Chinese dish that offers a new take on how to enjoy tofu and eggs. These pan fried tofu bites smell good, look good and taste good. Add minced ginger into the egg mixture for more earthy and peppery flavors. It will taste equally delicious with or without ginger.

Primary hyperoxaluria (PH) is a rare liver disease that causes oxalate to build up in your body and damage your kidneys. Oxalate is a natural chemical in your body and in some foods. With PH, your liver does not make enough of a certain protein to prevent oxalate from building up.
PH is a genetic disease. This means that it is caused by a mutation (change) in a gene. People who have PH were born with it. Visit our website for more information about PH and to download a guide for tips about talking to your family members about the importance of getting tested.

The Living Donor Protection Act of 2021 (H.R.1255/S.377) was newly introduced in the 117th U.S. Congress. This legislation would provide living organ donors important job protections while also safeguarding them from discrimination by life, disability and long-term care insurance carriers.
Twelve states have enacted living donor protections after passing AKF-spearheaded legislation, but we are still fighting for a uniform baseline of protections nationwide. This bill would ensure that living donors across the U.S. are equally protected.
Send your lawmakers an urgent message asking for their support >>
