Building a wiring diagram of the brain
As part of a collaborative effort to map every connection in a cubic millimeter of mouse brain, Allen Institute scientists built an automated pipeline to slice and image the piece of cortex. They recently published an article describing their method in Nature Communications.

Open for (neuro)science tutorials and symposium
