Gene expression in cardiomyocytes

This August, our researchers published an article in Scientific Reports describing their work profiling single-cell gene expression changes in human pluripotent stem cells undergoing cardiac differentiation. Their analysis identified lists of ranked genes that can be used to accurately assign cells to different stages of differentiation.
