The Pam Pinter Angel Fund
Pam, “Mom, “Mimi,” “Dear,” ALS warrior, dedicated her life to helping the community. An RN at Mercy Medical Center in the NICU for 35 years, she started the NICU lactation program and helped countless babies and moms throughout her career. Pam was diagnosed in March 2021, just days before her 68th birthday. For two years, she fought for each day with the way she lived her life, with gracefulness, grit, and courage. Pam passed away peacefully and was welcomed into God’s arms on Friday, October 7, 2022, surrounded by her husband of 45 years, Jim, and two daughters, Beth and Kate. Pam’s legacy will live on through the many lives she has touched. She is a beautiful soul, and her presence will be missed by all those who knew her. Her family will not stop fighting for a cure and started the Pam Pinter Angel fund to ensure her legacy of helping others lives on, even in death.
