Our Service area includes 24 Northern California counties including:

Sacramento, Yolo, El Dorado, Placer, Amador, Alpine, Modoc, Trinity, Shasta, Lassen, Tehama, Plumas, Butte, Glenn, Colusa, Sutter, Yuba, Sierra, Nevada, San Joaquin, Siskiyou, Calaveras, Tuolumne, and Mono.

We partner with three clinics in The Greater Sacramento region including The UC Davis ALS Certified Center of Excellence, Forbes Norris MDA/ALS research Center, and Kaiser. To inquire about attending a clinic or to register as a patient, please contact the Chapter directly at 916-979-9265.

Public Policy & Education:

As leaders on the issue of ALS, we advocate on behalf of patients with our government leaders and create awareness of the disease by educating the community about the disease. To request a presentation, please contact the Chapter directly at 916-979-9265.

Research:

As part of the National ALS Association, The Greater Sacramento Chapter contributes to the vision of a world without ALS by funding global research working on advanced new treatments. To date, The ALS Association has committed $99 million to find effective treatments and a cure for ALS.
