The ALS Association Connecticut Chapter offers a full range of services to guide and assist you as you learn more about ALS. Here you will find pertinent information for patients, caregivers, family members, friends and healthcare professionals.

The Chapter is dedicated to providing patient and family support, and increasing public awareness regarding ALS. We offer a comprehensive array of services for ALS patients, family members and caregivers. When appropriate, we also make referrals to other agencies and groups offering supportive services.
