Usability Test

Thank you for your willingness to help The ALS Association improve its website experience. To sign-up for the website usability session, please fill out the form below. The session will be conducted via phone and will take no more than 30 minutes.

During the session, we’ll ask you to complete a few, short tasks on a website prototype. The feedback you share about your experience with the prototype will inform future design decisions and help us to improve the ways we serve the ALS community online.
