Why are you volunteering for the ALS ice bucket challenge? I was asked and think this is an excellent opportunity to step out of my comfort zone…literally  :)

Why is it important to you to do volunteer work? To give back and participate in society.  You never know how small actions can have huge impacts, for the better, in others.

Any advice to potential future volunteers? Be a little smarter than me and volunteer to EMPTY the ice buckets!
