Dear Friends, Family, those I know and those I have not yet met,

Thank you for sponsoring my participation in the Steelhead Half Ironman in honor of Maureen. Together we raised $5,700.00 to help researchers work on thereapies and a cure for ALS. Your generous gift also helps raise awareness and provides much needed services to those living with ALS.
Maureen is such a dear friend to me and continues to be so to all of us. Though she faces ever increasing daily struggles, her spirit, humor and joy for life remain intact. Last year when she was first diagnosed she said "Well - no one gets out alive - so we may as well enjoy it!" I hope you can all follow Maureens guidance and Enjoy Every Day.
