Representing the University of Pittsburgh's ALS Research Team, I'm participating in the CEO Soak to raise funds and awareness to help the people and families affected by this progressive and fatal disease. The ALS Association provides much needed patient services, funds global research (including research projects at the University of Pittsburgh), and leads state and federal advocacy efforts to help those living with ALS.
