Welcome to My Personal Page
Since Lou Gehrig's courageous speech in 1939, the game of baseball has long been a vehicle of hope for a future without ALS. Gehrig's speech brought attention to ALS, raising awareness about the condition and its devastating effects. This helped pave the way for increased research and understanding of ALS.
To honor his name, The ALS Association partners with varsity high school teams across Rochester to raise critical funds and awareness for ALS in our community. Consider donating to support our teams as they prepare to play at the Tribune Baseball Field at Monroe Community College in the 2024 Strikeout Lou Gehrig's Disease Classic on April 20, 2024.
Your support will allow The ALS Association to continue leading the fight against ALS in research, and advocacy nationwide. Your donation supports over 395 Central New York families currently battling ALS by providing access to accredited ALS clinics, support groups, equipment loans, grant resources, caregiver respite, and more.
Will you donate today to help defeat ALS?
