Just like many of you I often feel like it would be impossible to add another thing to my already jam-packed schedule--even if it is good for my mental or physical well-being. You know who else feels that way? Individuals who just heard a diagnosis of ALS. They're just like you and me--trying to juggle their personal, professional, and familial responsibilities, but they now have to make the time for those appointments and meetings that don't actually fit into their schedules.
This May I am taking the NorCal 90 challenge. Because no matter how busy they are, every 90 minutes someone hears a diagnosis of ALS. This May I will be carving out the time to bike 90 miles in honor of those who have received this diagnosis and helping raise funds for the ASL Association, which helps support them!
