Jerry Dilgard Jr. passed away recently, after giving a strong fight against this horrible disease. He was loved by his friends and family dearly. As his son writing this I ask for any donations to help fund research into fighting this horrible disease, in that maybe one day there will be a cure or at least better treatement in the near future.
