In July 2006 my brother Dan was diagnosed with ALS.  That fall he organized the 1st Walk to Defeat ALS® in the Roanoke area.

Once again we will walk in loving memory of Dan who passed away December 21, 2015.  I know his spirit will be with us.  He will forever be in our hearts. 

This is an opportunity to not only raise money for a cure and to bring hope to people living with ALS, but to come together for something we all care about.

The ALS Association was an incredible resource for Dan and continues to be for other PALS and their families. Your support DOES make a difference!

This is the perfect time to show support to those affected by ALS. Get your friends, family, neighbors and coworkers involved and spread awareness of the urgency to find treatments and a cure!
