Little stays the same in life.  Many things change with time, and with change comes readjustments.  One of the areas of readustment comes in life attitudes.

Despite battling ALS during the 2019 walk, Randy Ives raised $60,000 and he did it with a positive attitude.  Knowing Randy we knew he would do it no other way but positively.   Many of you were in the walk and you participated in raising the $60,000 for that specific walk.

I ask you this year to remember the smile, laugh and positive spirit of Randy by walking, donating or doing both.

The walk will be on August 20th, at 10:30 am, at Werner Park in Omaha Ne.   If you can't walk here in Omaha, then find a walk in your town and walk in Randy's memory.  There are so many places that will hold a ALS walk.  Just get on line and find out when and where.

Unfortunately 90% of people who are diagnosed with ALS have no genetic component found and there is simply no explanation at this time for their diagnosis.  This was the case with Randy.  We still do not know how or why it happened.  

Thanks for listening.  I choose to have a positive attitude about this and continue in the battle to fight ALS.  Randy means so much to me and I will continue to fight for him.
