The Local Connection
Your participation in the Walk to Defeat ALS has a direct impact on people living with ALS and their families at the local level. Through education, support groups, access to care and advocacy, we are working to defeat ALS and provide hope to people living with ALS and their families.

VENUE CHANGE! Due to threat of severe weather, we are relocating to a building at the SD Military Heritage Alliance campus. You may remember it as the former AAA Travel building!

It's best to utilize the service road which is accessible near the Holiday Inn at Western Ave and Russell Ave. Lot parking is limited, so we ask that those without mobility concerns use street parking as available.

We are still going to have a wonderful morning together with our DJ, coffee, snacks, program, t-shirts, etc. Just not the outdoor walking portion of the event.
