We formed Team Scott as a tribute to Scott Caventer - husband, father, brother, and friend.

Scott was diagnosed with ALS in March of 2012 and passed away on New Years eve, 9 months later.  The diagnosis was devastating, and the months that followed were the toughest times our family ever faced.  Through it all, however, we learned to count our many blessings: our employers, Gentiva hospice, our friends, and our family.  Each was able to lift us up and give us strength in their own special way.  

Now, we'd like to help give back.  Scott touched many lives during his 53 years.  Through this fundraising and awarness effort, we can help him continue to touch the lives of those suffering from ALS.  Please help us raise money to fund ALS research by making a donation or joining Team Scott as a walker.
