On October 5, 2024, I am joining the movement to cure ALS with hundreds of walkers for The ALS Association’s San Antonio Walk to Defeat ALS.  I have elected for my team to participate in-person in 2024. 

I was diagnosed with ALS on February 27, 2019. I want to bring awareness to ALS and raise funds for vital research.  I hope you can assist me with achieving my fundraising goal. My individual goal for this event is $8,000 and I hope you’ll help me reach it.  My team fundraising goal is $15,000.  Last year we raised over $11,000.  

ALS is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that slowly robs the body of its ability to walk, speak, swallow, and breathe.  Every 90 minutes, another person in this country is diagnosed with the disease.  There is currently NO cure. And that’s just unacceptable.
