As you may know my husband, Brian, died from Lou Gehrig's Disease in October 2012, and the ALS Association and their support system were essential parts of our lives. Since that time, ALS has touched the lives of more friends and my church family at Ebenezer United Church of Christ. I hope you'll take this opportunity to support those affected by Lou Gehrig's Disease and to spread awareness of the urgency to find treatments and a cure.
