This year, we invite you to "Walk Your Way" to Defeat ALS!
This will be the 14th year that we'll be raising money and awareness for ALS. Along the way, we lost many friends which only makes us more determined than EVER to defeat ALS. New patients are diagnosed every 90 minutes and Ebenezer UCC has been touched by ALS in multiple families. Some day there will be a cure, but until then....
There's much more work to do!
Brian lost his battle in October 2012, and we've lost other friends to ALS since then. Researchers continue to make progress toward finding a cause for ALS, and much more needs to be done to discover some kind of cure.
There's a real need.
