Team Deb Docherty walks to honor the memory of our beloved Debra, whose grace and courage in dealing with ALS was remarkable.
Deb was diagnosed with ALS in November of 2020. She passed in April of 2023. When Deb received her diagnosis, the ALS Association provided many assistive devices such as a stair chairlift and outdoor ramps immediately and free of charge. These and other services and resources are of great help to those who are facing this devastating illness—and to family members caring for them.
Together we can make a difference in the lives of those affected by ALS. Our team is committed to raising money to support people in our community with ALS and spread awareness of the urgency to find treatments and continue the search for a cure. Please consider joining our team in the Walk to Defeat ALS® or choose a team member from the list and donate to our cause.
Every 90 minutes a person in this country is diagnosed with ALS and every 90 minutes another person will lose their battle against this disease.
ABOUT ALS
