Unlock ALS

Next, you will visit our Unlock ALS Tent. At the Unlock ALS tent, you will select a lanyard that best represents your connection to the mission:

Yellow: I am a Person with ALS
Blue: Walking in Honor of Someone Living with ALS
White: Walking in Memory

Then, you will be asked to write why you want to Unlock ALS on a paper key and hang it alongside other messages of hope.

Team Signs You are welcome to bring your own team signs. We will also have a station with markers, posterboard, and paint sticks (to tape to the back of your signs) for you to create your own.

What About Parking? Free is available but limited in lot 21B on Martin Luther King Blvd. We recommend that you carpool. Please be aware that the parking in any other lot than 21B does require a fee and can result in a ticket. Signs and volunteers will guide the way to open parking lots. There is handicap drop-off available at the entrance of the park (as indicated by signage). United Access will be available to provide rides from the parking lot to the park.

What Should I Wear? Come in comfortable clothes and wear shoes that are comfortable for walking. Team t-shirts that celebrate your team’s spirit are encouraged!
