Message from your Coordinator
Hello Friends! I’m Jessica, your Springfield Walk Coordinator. I am thrilled you are joining us for the Walk to Defeat ALS! The Walk is an immersive and personal experience that unites a community through hope as friends and families come together to further the mission of The ALS Association.
You’re involvement and investment MATTERS significantly to the ALS Community. Thank you for your commitment and passion to work towards our goal of making ALS a livable disease by 2030!
The Walk will be held at the Hammons Field on Saturday, October 5th, 2024!
As we prepare for the Walk, plan on joining us at our Community Day at Hammons Field on Friday, August 9th as we cheer on the Cardinals and raise awareness to the Springfield Community!
Sometimes it can feel daunting to know how to begin or start. I’ve provided some helpful links and tips below to help you on your Walk journey!
Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or if I can provide additional support to make this Walk a meaningful experience for you.

T-Shirts
Only participants who've raised $100 will get a t-shirt. This benefit is awarded to individuals, not teams or donors, so make sure the donations to your personal fundraising record add up!
In addition to working toward one for yourself, you should spread the word to encourage your friends, family, and coworkers to earn their very own shirt.
