We are so excited to be celebrating our second year hosting the Londonderry High School Walk to Defeat ALS. Join us as we Walk in memory and in honor of those impacted by ALS, including families from our very own LHS community. We'll be treated to local apples and other snacks, and be sure to check out the raffles, courtesy of many local businesses and their generosity. All funds raised will help provide local support to those battling ALS and their families, in addition to research and advocacy so that we can find a CURE for ALS.

ABOUT ALS
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a progressive, fatal neuromuscular disease that slowly robs the body of its ability to walk, speak, swallow and breathe. The life expectancy of a person with ALS averages 2 to 5 years from the time of diagnosis.
ALS can strike anyone. Presently there is no known cause of the disease, yet it still costs loved ones an average of $250,000 a year to provide the care people living with ALS and their families need. Join the movement to provide help and hope today!
