This year's kit design story: This year’s jersey and shorts were designed by Jessica Baluyot, a graphic designer, who sadly lost her grandfather to ALS in 2011. Jessica has been involved with the Golden West Chapter since 2014 in his memory. Because of her close tie to the ALS community and her background in graphic design, Jessica volunteered to design this year’s cycling kit, creating something truly spectacular. She entitled this design “Empowerment”.

**PLEASE NOTE: In the event that the 2022 Napa Valley Ride to Defeat ALS and Walk pivots to a virtual event, registration fees will be converted into a tax-deductible donation that will count toward your fundraising efforts and the $150 fundraising minimum (fundraising minimum is for riders only).
