About CEO Soak - Syracuse

The CEO Soak is the "grown up" version of the Ice Bucket Challenge, engaging corporate leadership to get soaked while raising funds and awareness for the ALS Association Upstate New York Chapter. Your participation in CEO Soak will help us: 

• Fund ALS patient care, research and advocacy.

• Celebrate the 6th anniversary and taking the event nation-wide, inaugural year in New York

Funds are raised through Soakee networks, employees, matching gifts, and corporate donations.Soakees are encouraged to engage their networks to raise at least $2,500 for their team. A welcome packet full of template emails, fundraising ideas, and graphics will be provided.

2023 Participation Options 

Option A: Clinton Square

Participants will gather in Clinton Square for a group soak or will be given a time slot to safely record a personalized video and get soaked individually.

Option B: DIY Soak

Choose to get soaked at home, at your office, a local fire station, or anywhere you’d like. We encourage you to take a video to share with the Chapter and your supporters.
