You are the owner of this web page. The person to whom you are paying tribute is the Honoree. After you create your site, your Memorial or Tribute Web Page will be immediately available on the Web. You can then access the Memorials and Tributes Center to customize your web page, as well as create and send e-mails about your site.

The Fund Type can be set to Tribute, or Memorial for Honorees that are no longer living. Setting the Fund Type to Memorial will require you to enter Next of Kin information in the next step.



The following image shows how the content elements are arranged on your default fund page. As you work with the sections below, the corresponding section in the image will highlight to indicate where that information will be located on the default fund page layout.

Enter a descriptive title, such as the name of the Honoree, to help people find your page when they search for it. The Page Name will also be used as the initial Title for your memorial or tribute web page. You can edit this later in the Memorials and Tributes Center.




Adding a compelling story may help inspire people to donate to this cause. The story you enter here will be visible to others as soon as you finish creating your page. You can make changes or add more to this story later in the Memorials and Tributes Center.




Inserting a photo of the Honoree to display prominently on your Memorial or Tribute Web Page will add a personal touch to your page. You can change this photo, or add Photo Albums, later in the Memorials and Tributes Center.


Upload an Image:

1. Prepare your image.
Images must be .gif, .jpg, or .png files. Files with a .jpg or .png type will be automatically resized to fit in a 225 x 300 pixel space. The maximum acceptable file size is 1.5 Mb.

2. Select the file.
Enter the name of the file on your computer or use the Browse button to select the file.

If unable to access browse button, press enter key here to launch the browse dialog..

3. Click the upload image button.



Entering a fundraising goal encourages people to give generously to your cause, but is not required and will not appear if you do not wish to use it.



Enter a short statement to display with the Page Name in search results and to distinguish this site from others with similar names. Consider entering Honoree information (for example, place of residence and other names) in this field. You can edit this later in the Memorials and Tributes Center.




Clicking the following checkbox hides this site in search results. Only those people to whom you send a link will be able to view your private page.
