Il Volo: Live from Pompeii DVD
Returning to the heart of Il Volo's success with their Italian American fans is, IL VOLO: LIVE FROM POMPEII a new, 60-minute national PBS concert event from the ancient archeological ruins of Pompeii, Italy, featuring Piero, Ignazio and Gianluca performing classic Italian favorites. The three, young Italian tenors, Piero Barone, Ignazio Boschetto, and Gianluca Ginoble of Il Volo proved to win the hearts of PBS viewers nationwide in their first three PBS Specials, Takes Flight, We Are Love, & their enchanting Christmas special Buon Natale. The music repertoire of their new special, Il Volo: Italia, will include specially-arranged classic Italian favorites plus incredible new originals, including their single Grande Amore, backed by an orchestra and rhythm section with a live audience at the ruins of Pompeii. As the trio sing together and share one of the most iconic landmarks from their home in Italy, they remain as always in perfect harmony: "three voices, one soul."
