Thank you for supporting the Game On: Youth Athlete Support Fund (Injury Prevention Education)

Educating youth athletes on how to prevent injuries is vital to our mission. The Game On: Youth Athletes Support Fund provides preventative care through three distinct assessments proven to reduce injury and promote participation in sports: Sports physicals, ImPACT Assessments, and Fusionetics, which are the gold standard of preventative care for youth athletes.

Charitable contributions to this fund will allow Banner Sports Medicine physicians to partner with local school districts to provide no-cost physical assessments and concussion testing for underserved high school athletes. These tests will be offered on select days in coordination with school districts and through one community-wide event. By offering these assessments at no-cost, and removing a financial barrier to participating in school athletics, Banner Health lives up to its promise to be ‘Here For Everyone’.
