Rays of Hope BIG WIG

Here's a way to do even BIGGER things for Rays of Hope. Rays of Hope has a big army of volunteers and a very small staff. Donations made by credit card add efficiency to our operation and ensure that our employees can focus on the ROH mission. To encourage credit card donations, Rays of Hope recognizes credit card fundraising by individuals: at the $1000 level and beyond with BIG WIG status; $3000 and above with SUPER BIG WIG status.


BIG WIGS and SUPER BIG WIGS share an exclusive registration tent at the Rays of Hope Walk & Run Toward the Cure of Breast Cancer and enjoy some amazing perks. Qualifying totals must be met with credit card transactions through the portal on your fundraising page by October 13, 2023. While all donations are valued, only credit card donations qualify for individuals to achieve BIG & SUPER BIG WIG status.

Important Questions Answered:

1. I am collecting cash and check donations. When I add the amount of those donations my total fundraising exceeds $1,000. Have I qualified for Big Wig status?

Unfortunately, not. Those donations require additional work to count and verify therefore, ONLY donations made by credit card add up to achieve Big Wig status. However, those donations will count in your total for two new fundraising recognition categories! The TOP 10 INDIVIDUAL and TOP 10 TEAM FUNDRAISERS will be recognized on the main page of the Rays of Hope website, on our giant jumbotron at the event, will receive a shout-out on our social media pages, and be recognized in our 2024 Spring newsletter.

2. I am a Big Wig but am unable to attend on October 22, 2023. Can my swag bag be mailed to me?

Due to the cost of mailing, select items from the Big Wig and Super Big Wig swag bags will be mailed to you after the event at your request.
