Shifting Sands
What are some ecological changes in this coastal environment? How have humans impacted it? How have organisms adapted?
 Join the OBC staff to find out!
Activities will include observing the changing coast of Wickets Island, tracking marine debris, and identifying invasive plants.
The schedule is organized by grade level. Children in grades 3 through 5 will attend Monday and Wednesday afternoons. Children in grades 6 through 8 will attend Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. Registration is limited to 12 children to maintain safe social distancing requirements. You can learn more about our COVID safety protocols HERE. The session includes two afternoons per week from 3 PM to 5 PM for a total cost of $20/session. Scholarships spots are available.
