Blount Clam Shack
Blount Fine Foods has a deep history based in sea from harvesting and processing shellfish in our early days to our Blount Clam Shack in Warren, RI and our Blount Clam Shack Chowders, Bisques and Soups you can find at your local grocery store today. Our livelihood for 75 years has always been tied deeply to the local waterways of RI and MA.
Our team looks to support this great cause by raising funds during the upcoming Buzzards Bay Watershed Ride on Sunday, October 6. Our team will be doing our part by joining hundreds of others in cycling around the Bay to raise funds for and awareness of the need to restore and protect clean water in our community.
Last year we raised just under $8,000 and our team rode over 830 miles on the event day not to mention all the training rides leading up to it. For 2021 we only hope to not only ride further as a team but increase our fundraising total by more than 2x!
One donation at a time, over 13 years, riders like us have raised nearly a million dollars to fight pollution, permanently protect natural areas, harness the power of science, and increase access to the outdoors for all people.
Through this challenging event, we're hoping to raise funds for Coalition's conservation, research, advocacy, education work. Your donation will truly make a difference in helping to protect clean water for all of us - and for future generations!
Thank you for your support!
