Registration will be at the National Mall off 3rd between Madison Dr NW and Jefferson Dr SW. Across from the front of the Capitol Building. Closer to the National Gallery of Art - East Building.
Parking:
Street parking is available along 3rd St, Madison Dr NW and Jefferson Dr SW.
