LeanSquad is an online business which prepares custom meal plans and workout programs to help people live a healthier, more enjoyable life in a sustainable way.
LeanSquad was founded in 2017 by former Canadian Professional Rugby Player Phil Mackenzie. Phil represented Canada in two Rugby World Cups in 2011 and 2015 and played 8 seasons in the Gallagher English Premiership Rugby league.
This month, each participant will receive a small glimpse into a 90 Day Lean Plan. Each day, you can follow along with Phil as he takes your through a 15-25 minute Body Weight workout to get the body burning!! Exercise is such an important part of living a healthy life by improving not only a person’s physical health, but their mental health as well!
