Thank you to everyone – participants, donors, sponsors and volunteers – for making 2019 a record year! Without your tremendous, generous support, Cypress Challenge would not be the epic event it is today!
Over 700 cyclists rode up Cypress Mountain, raising awareness and funds for pancreatic cancer research and care at BC Cancer, and the fundraising total reached an all-time high – over $564,000 and climbing! This brings the twelve year total very close to $3.5 million raised!
Thanks again, and congratulations to everyone involved! For event day information pertaining to timing results, photos, incentive items, silent auction and prizing, please read on.

Welcome to the registration and fundraising site for the 12th Annual Glotman•Simpson Cypress Challenge, which raises funds for BC Cancer to help change pancreatic cancer outcomes.
Since 2008, Cypress Challenge has raised over $2.9 million towards finding solutions for the 800 British Columbians who are estimated to be diagnosed with pancreatic cancer this year. Seventy-five per cent of these patients won’t survive the first year, and less than 10 per cent will survive five years.
Your participation and support will help enable experts at BC Cancer to better understand and treat this disease, bringing hope to families facing pancreatic cancer across our province.
