We Love Ben!
Dear Ben's friends and family!
So much has changed since the last Bay Area Brain Tumor walk in June 2019! Little Emma came into our lives and filled it with so much love and hope. Ben joined a new clinical trial at the University of Washington. On a not so happy note, the COVID-19 pandemic has been devastating for so many around the world and changed our everyday lives.
Despite all this change, Ben's health has remained steady and we are beyond grateful. We have so much appreciation for all that's been accomplished in the area of brain tumor research. Thanks to the work that has been done, Ben has access to treatment that allows him to live his life as normally as possible.
As you can imagine, the Bay Area Brain Tumor walk will not be happening in-person this year, but we invite you all to still donate to the cause and join us for independent walks around our own neighborhoods on June 14. The silver lining of all this is that our non-Bay Area friends and family can join us this year!
National Brain Tumor Society unrelentingly invests in, mobilizes, and unites our community to discover a cure, deliver effective treatments, and advocate for patients and care partners.
Conquering and curing brain tumors - once and for all.
