My name is Ashley and I am a survivor! Five years ago, I was diagnosed with a brain tumor the size of a peach in my right frontal lobe. After 16 hours of brain surgery, 6 weeks of radiation, and a year of chemotherapy, I am tumor free!
As of today, there are over 140 different types of brain tumors and only 4 drugs to treat them. Brain cancer is the most underfunded of all cancers. The National Brain Tumor Society funds research and fights for policy so we can find a cure!
This cause is especially dear to me because I work very closely with children every day. Brain tumors are the #1 cancer killer of children! I am passionate about this cause, so I’m taking action. I need your help in this fight. National Brain Tumor Society will not rest until a cure exists - but more needs to be done. Please join Team Ashley!
National Brain Tumor Society is fiercely committed to finding a cure for brain tumors. They are aggressively driving strategic research and advocating for public policies that meet the critical needs of the brain tumor community. Your support ensures this important work will continue.
