The Central Jersey Brain Tumor walk in Saturday May 9th in Asbury Park. With your registration you will receive a tee shirt. There will also some light refreshments at the event. We will walk the boardwalk a few times with other families that have been effected by brain tumors. This is a kid friendly event, there will be a tent for children and face painting.
Annie was diagnosed with a Glioblastoma in May 2018. Annie has had a craniotomy, 6 weeks of radiation/chemotherapy and another 6 rounds of chemotherapy. In March 2020, Annie learned that her tumor has grown and is starting more chemotherapy followed by possibly radiation. She has also endured many side effects and complications. Unfortunately, Annie's tumor will never be eradicated but she is fighting hard to limit its growth all while raising her two beautiful daughters along with Matthew.
With love, gratitude and hope we thank you for considering joining us in fighting brain tumors!
