Welcome to My Personal Page
Please join me in a walk for this important cause. One for me that has hit close to home and the heart. My sister Marilyn was diagnosed in August 2017 with stage 4 Glioblastoma (Brain Cancer). A cancer according to research that has a usual life expectancy of only 18 months. It’s been a long, tedious, and hard fight. However, With all she had been through...2 brain surgeries, chemo, radiation, and the recent nova cure optune cap therapy she has gone through all these draining treatments with a new look on life and a smile on her face. And all thanks to family and close friends that have given her hope by their kind acts and gestures. They have shown her that SHE WAS NOT ALONE!!
On January 21, 2019, 17 months after her diagnosis, my sister Marilyn succumbed to this debilitating form of cancer. She passed on to a beautiful and pain free life surrounded by love. My sister did not change the world, but she did make a dent in her little corner of it; she did make an impact on those who had the opportunity to meet her.
Therefore, I ask please walk with us and show your support. I would love to keep my sister’s memory alive, and what better way to accomplish this than to see others who supported her throughout this fight walk with me. Not only those who’ve walked with us in the past and were by her side until the very end, but anyone who wants to join this fight. I’am praying and hoping that I can recruit as many people to walk with us if I can.
