Welcome to My Personal Page
I have been walking in the National Brain Tumor Society's NYC walkathon for the past 5 years. I walk in memory of my sister Jessica's biological father, Russell Paniccia. He lost his battle with cancer in 2000 when Jess was just a one year old.
I have heard many beatiful stories told by my mother Diana and many other people who knew him. Because Jessica was one when he lost his battle she doesn't remeber a whole lot, but everything she does remeber she shares with me. I never had the privilege of meeting him but I wish I did.
I never did, and still don't understand why this would happen to such an amazing person, and I wish it hadn't. From all the videos I have seen he was a kind man. Even though I never met him I know he was a great father to Jess. Because of this I know if I ever met him I would have loved him.
So I walk in this walkathon with all the people who love him because of this amazing, handsome, kind man.
I hope you will join us on the day of the walk or please make a donation in memory of Daddy Russell.
Thank you, Alyssa Boxer
