Our reMARKable brother, Mark Furst, has been the epitome of health and fitness all of his life, enjoying a vigorous spinning class nearly every day, eating right, and maintaining his flexibility. How many other 64-year-olds can still do a split?!! You can imagine how dumbstruck we were to learn that he had been diagnosed with inoperable, stage 4 Glioblastoma - brain cancer.
If Mark has touched your life in some way, please join our team, "The reMARKables" for The Race for Hope 5k in D.C. on Sunday, May 5th. YOU DON"T NEED TO BE A RUNNER to participate! Most of us plan to walk! It is a lovely event. I'm sure it would mean the world to Mark. Aren't available that day? Live out of town? Consider making a donation to our team. In any case, help us spread the word to YOUR contacts, friends and colleagues. Help the reMARKables beat brain cancer.
The Race for Hope - DC presented by Cushman & Wakefield raises funds to support innovative research initiatives and provide information for brain tumor patients and their families. This amazing event relies on the dedication and enthusiasm of individuals, families, teams, sponsors and donors. Thank you for your support in helping us find a cure for brain tumors!
Love and cheers!
Mark's sisters and brothers (Kelly, Mary, Stacie, John and Colin)
