Welcome to My Personal Page
Four years ago, my uncle passed away from stage 4 glioblastoma. Watching him battle this relentless disease was incredibly painful. During that time, my dad was also battling his own cancer, and my family had already seen my younger cousin fight (and beat!) Leukemia. It is safe to say we are unfortunately no strangers to cancer and seeing the ones we love fight for their lives.
Brain tumors are one of the most aggressive types of cancer. The average survival rate for all malignant brain tumor patients is only 34.7% After seeing my uncle's battle with his brain cancer, I knew I wanted to make a difference in some way. I am participating in the Race for Hope to help raise money to find better treatments and ultimately cures for people living with a brain tumor. Please join me in this fight!
