Race for Hope Philadelphia

Team Kunsman

Team Kunsman started in May of 2017 when James (Jimmy) Kunsman was diagnosed with glioblastoma, a vicious brain cancer. He underwent brain surgery to remove 1 of the 2 tumors they found on his brain. After surgery, he underwent standard of care, enduring chemo and radiation. From May 2017 to September 2018, Jimmy fought hard. He underwent radiation, and many different rounds of chemo. He tried anything he could to beat the beast. After 15 months and one hell of a fight, Jimmy gained his wings and went to heaven.

Team Kunsman walks in memory of Jimmy. We are coming together because we want to make a difference in the fight against brain tumors! We hope that some day, there can be a cure, so others do not have to suffer they way Jimmy and our family has. We need your help in this fight! We all came together to support Jimmy during his fight, and now its our time to come together to CONTINUE to show our support for Jimmy. Together, we CAN make a difference! We will not stop until a cure is found! Please join our efforts, because when you are a part of TEAM KUNSMAN, we ALL fight together! In the words of Jimmy himself, ROLL WITH THE CHANGES!
